Just wanted to express our appreciation for the installation team for our hardwood floors earlier this week. They were on time, considerate, friendly, and extremely hard-working. Completing two rooms in one day, with all the furniture moving, was a very tall task. But they worked so quickly — yet with care to get it right — that the job was done that day and it looks great.
We ran into an issue with how the installation was specified beforehand. But the team actively listened to our concerns and reviewed options to resolve it to ensure it was done to our satisfaction.
